As twin shoke Enduro is one of the fasted growing movements at the moment we have built this short stroke 500cc BSA engined machine based on the 1979 works replica, to be ridden by Scott Maxwell, We offer this machine for sale as a frame kit or rolling chassis to accept the BSA B50 and B44 engines, or Yamaha SR / XT and Honda XL / XR engines and have even been asked to make one to take a 500cc Triumph unit.

Frame complete with swinging arm and steering head bearings. Made from T45 steel tubing with new type oil filtration system and stronger engine mountings.

Swinging Arm Protector

We would like to thank Mr Adam Hooper of Martin’s Rubber for his help with the design and manufacture of the new swinging arm protectors.

New Items Coming Soon
We continue to manufacture frame kits.

There are new items coming soon including Marzocchi pattern front forks to suit 1974 CCM.
We intend to manufacture complete B50 engines with the CCM side covers , section barrell and head etc.
And are at present having the patterns made for casting engine components. Engine will come with N.E.B gearboxes and clutches and interspan ignition. We intend to have these ready later in the year
